I’m not sure how this ended up being so long. If you get bored part way in you might want to skip to the last 30 seconds before you quit. I don’t seem to be making much headway with the technology; coping, but only just.

I watched to the end. Thank you for including the cat.

Thanks so much for sharing, Jim. Not only was this a visual treat, the combination of the trip around your garden along with the narration has been a balm for my jangled nerves this morning! 🙂

The making of it was more barmy than balmy. Hopefully it will get easier.

Wonderful set of plants and I must admit that you have a lot more flowers than in my garden… no difficulty finding ideas for your Six on Saturday !

Oh my! They really DO look like the color of California poppy! Cosmos sulphureus. Goodness, the cacti are impressive for specimens that live inside for part of the year! It is the last ten (rather than thirty) seconds that is most important though.

It’s lovely to be able to see the changes and developments in your garden with these videos. Is there a chance for the Muhlenbeckia or will it become a planting opportunity?

The Muehlenbeckia is gone. I had kept it for the last few months thinking I would cut it hard back in winter and see what it did in the spring. When the last green leaves withered I decided I was being overly optimistic. I’m a bit more sorry to lose it than I would have been for 90% of the rest of what we grow but it is a planting opportunity and a chance to make changes, so a silver lining is not hard to find.
