Hi Jim
Is it possible to ask for advice regarding planting a sasanqua camellia – maybe Gay Sue or Snow Flurry in a raised bed in southern Scotland. The site is sheltered by 1.8m fencing and the house and it takes sun from mid-morning in the winter. Almost frost free but it is Scotland!! Am I being foolishly optimistic? I’ve heard that sasanquas are more hardy than sometimes suggested. Thanks in advance.
